Yellow Jacket 46010 Brute II 4-Valve Manifold with Gauges

The 4-Valve test and charging manifold is designed to provide faster flow compared to traditional manifolds, with an aluminum alloy body that is forged for strength and reliability. The body features 3/8" bores to facilitate quick work, while the heavy-duty hook ensures a secure connection. It is also equipped with 3-1/2" (90 mm) red and blue liquid-filled gauges for easy reading.

The manifold includes a fourth hose that allows for connection to hi-/lo-sides, refrigerant tank, and recovery unit or vacuum pump without the need to switch hoses, enabling diagnostics, evacuation, and charging. It is available in two different configurations: 1/4" hi-/lo-sides with a 3/8" vacuum port for standard jobs, and 3/8" hi-/lo-sides with a 1/2" vacuum port for larger systems.

A sight glass has been incorporated into the manifold to allow for easy viewing of refrigerant movement and condition during charging and recovery. Additionally, an exclusive 100-mesh filter is installed in-line on all flare fittings to prevent particulate material from entering and extending the life of the seat.

For added convenience, the manifold features front access for easy field recalibration and a double "O" ring piston for reliability and long service life.
