Yellow Jacket 46014 Brute II A2L Manifold with 3-1/8 Gauges

The industry's first large bore forged aluminum manifold is the Yellow Jacket BRUTE II 4-Valve Test and Charging Manifold. Despite being trimmed down for lighter weight, it maintains the powerful performance of the original model. The streamlined BRUTE II continues to offer faster flow than any conventional manifold. The aluminum alloy is forged for strength and reliability, with 3/8" bores through the body to expedite the job.

Featuring large, easy-to-read 3-1/8” (80 mm) red and blue gauges with 1% accuracy (Class 1), the BRUTE II also provides front access for simple field recalibration. It includes a fourth hose for connection to hi-/lo-sides, refrigerant tank, and recovery unit or vacuum pump, enabling diagnostics, evacuation, and charging without the hassle of switching hoses. The 3/8" vacuum port, along with larger hose compatibility, reduces evacuation time by up to 33%, while the double O-ring piston ensures reliability and long service life.

An exclusive 100 mesh filter is in-line on all flare fittings to prevent particulate material from entering and prolong the life of the seats. The contoured easy-grip handles offer positive control and are color-coded for easy identification. A sight glass allows users to monitor refrigerant movement and condition during charging and recovery. The manifold and hose holder fittings are 1/4"-3/8"-1/4"-1/4" unless otherwise specified.

Additionally, the BRUTE II features a heavy-duty hook that securely holds without pulling out. This manifold is designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HVAC servicing, combining durability with precision for optimal performance.
